25. Photo editing

Working on the selection of photos you have already for each photoshoot, start editing the images.

Initially edit the rough selection you made at least minimally - contrast, colours, crops.

Then make a shortlist out of those and edit them further - maybe retouching some unnecessary parts and details in the photos, further cropping and colour editing, maybe even creating collages, fantasy like compositions. Take screenshots while working in the app you use. Post the screenshots and write explanations regarding what tools you used, why and how was the whole editing process for you.

Post the final image selection and again go through a similar process of reflection like before:

- Why are those suited?

- Which will you use, and where in the magazine?

- What do you like about specific photos?

Great! now you are ready to create the actual layout and design of your magazine.

How to use this blog

This blog is, in terms of structure, a mirror of the blog you will create this year. Follow all instructions stated in each post.

Have a brilliant idea? Changed your mind? A specific director's films inspire you? You are enthusiastic about the great photos you took yesterday? Great! You can write all about them in separate posts on your blog.

You should have on your blog at least all the posts that you find here. Of course, you can add extra ones, as you see fit.

Remember: Post it on the blog, or it didn't happen!
