A lot of thinking needs to go into developing your characters in intriguing, easy to understand but yet sophisticated personas. Also, for music videos, you need to see how to make them resemble the artists, if going for a classical performance one.
Find inspiration online as well, if you need. For ex. this website could be useful: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Tropes
Then, search for suitable actors for you film opening* - they could be professional actors or your friends, just make sure they have some acting capabilities as that can help you achieve a more professionally looking final product.
In your blog post you to have the following for each character**:
Name
Role in the music video/short film/trailers/documentary
Present and describe what is he/she wearing and why
Photographs of the actor
Why have you chosen that actor?
Why is he/she suitable for your genre and audience?
*You can organise a casting session if necessary. Present how you organised it and how it went - photos, short videos.*
**Pay attention, character is not the same as actor; character = the fictional persona; actor = the actual person acting out the character.**
