How does your products engage with the audience?
Apart from the product being read/watched, what other ways of interacting with it there are? Social media polls, open calls for audience to submit photos from a concert or to submit ideas for script; Having 3 products that are combined, how are each separately engaging with the audience, and then what difference does it make that there are 3 of them, each with their particularities in terms of audience engagement? How is them combined offering an enhanced experience to the audience?
How is the social media page managing to attract the audience to write comments for example? a basic form of engaging the audience but that doesn't happen necc. that often.
