27. Major Task - Raw Montage

After each filming session you've probably ended up with very long footage, way longer than the intended music video/short film/trailers/documentary. That's perfect! Now comes the part to look at that great work and select the best parts you got.
After looking through all the files, note down the ones that seem to be the most successfully captured. You can also note down actual timings from specific files.
Then analyse and answer these questions:
Which filmed parts are appropriate for your music video/short film/trailers/documentary?
Which will you use, and in which order? put them all together just like that one after the other, export them and post that raw montage here
What do you like/dislike about specific shots?
What about the structure and flow of the montage? What still needs editing in terms of cutting the shots?
After this initial look at your raw montage, see if you can improve it. For now, focus just on cutting, timing, pace and rhythm of the music video/short film/trailers/documentary.
Post here the improved raw montage.
Now you are ready to continue the editing!
