SHOT LIST
A shot list is a simple checklist of every shot you (and your client) want to capture on the day of a filming session. It usually contains a list of specific shots extra details like camera angles or lighting set-up so you don't forget a thing.
You will need to simplify your script into a shot list and post it on your blog, read more about how to make one here: https://www.techsmith.com/blog/shot-list/
Why do you find this useful?
CALL SHEET
A call sheet is a filmmaking term for the schedule crafted by the assistant director, using the director's shot list. It is issued to the cast and crew of a film production to inform them of where and when they should report for a particular day of filming.
Here is a template you can use, make a copy of it: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HYce5-4TJsmhSKnDgxHVoQb7iVC2wTu3QHzUpf9VmUQ/edit?usp=sharing
You need to complete it before the shooting sessions. On it you will schedule the shootings on days, locations, people involved, etc.
This one might not prove that useful practically, as the shot list. It is true you might not have such big crew, not so many actors to work with, so there is no need for elaborate call sheets to be used. Completing the call sheet is more for you to understand how this is usually done in the film industry.
Here you have guidance on how to complete the call sheet: https://boords.com/call-sheet-template
CALENDAR
It helps to see how to schedule what comes next on a calendar - you can use Google Calendar or any other To Do scheduling app you are already using for other subjects or everyday activities.
You can think and decide on some tentative dates for when you will go an film for your opening.
